The Science of Mindleading and the law of attraction

The Special Issues of "The Science of Mindleading" focus on the new-thought-writer Wallace Delois Wattles and his most famous books. Get to the bottom of the law of attraction.

"The Science of Being Rich", written in 1911, is purely pragmatic nature, which means that his readers get the simplest possible instructions on how to lead his mind, so that he becomes a completely successful and happy people. His books have inspired many people to pass on this knowledge. They inspired among others, the American best-selling author Rhonda Byrne to her elaborately produced film-hit "The Secret" from 2006 onwards. This film, which was sold as a DVD rather quickly over six million copies, is also extremely pragmatic. Thus we read, "In order to use the benefits of electricity, you do not need to understand how electricity is now in detail exactly does."

The law of attraction, also known as resonance law, is assumed to be a cure for every conceivable situation  without to question more closely. Also the knowledge of brain research of the 21st Century completely stay ahead of the outside. But inparticular brain research has made tremendous progress in recent years. It will be invested enormous sums in brain research, where even the NASA holds a huge research projects. Even high-performance athletes benefit in mental trainings of the latest findings in brain research. The Science of Mindleading brings together the findings of the accepted sciences. The special issues complement "The Science of Mindleading Volume 1 - The Fundamentals" and the second chapter History.

Wallace Delois Wattles
Wallace Delois Wattles was born in 1860 shortly before the end of the Civil War as the son of a gardener and a housewife. Thus, even as his father, Wattles first was farm worker. At that time, his life was marked by defeats, losses, poverty and failures. Just problems at all.

For a long time nothing has pointed in his lifeout that he should attain great wealth. During the Christmas season 1896 Wattles visited the age of 36 years, a meeting at which he was confronted with a kind of  Christian socialism. The theories, raised there, must have exerted great influence on him. He busied himself from now on in a basic way with how he could lead himself and his family out of poverty. When he thought he had found the key to a successful and happy life, he started in almost every free moment to write.

Wattles rapidly became one of the most important writers of the American New Thought Movement. His most famous book "The Science of Getting Rich" was published in the year 1910, just a day before his death. In "The Nautilus Magazine", the official magazine of the New Thought Movement, in almost every issue, an article by Wattles was published.
Wattles practiced his own theories with success. He became a successful, prosperous and powerful personality, full of energy.

“There is no reality except the one contained within us. That is why so many people live such an unreal life. They take the images outside of them for reality and never allow the world within to assert itself.”
- Hermann Hesse -
